Brief description:
This is a very funny youtube clip made by medical students in Auckland, New Zealand. It parodies some of the core communication skills taught in undergraduate training such as summarising and empathy. I use this clip to discuss how skills should be incorporated into an individuals consulting style rather than being robotic or formulaic.
