Define the tasks and outcomes of the network

The activities depend on the purpose of the network, i.e. they need to be relevant to the common goal(s) with clear definition of outcomes. To be successful, networks need to be active and have clear action plans and directions which need to be generated from within the network. Members need to commit to developing products and leaders in turn need to not expect too much of members!

Depending on the nature of the network, regular meetings need to occur either face-to-face or electronically and regular information needs to be developed and distributed.
