I am looking for resources anyone might have a communication challenges and particularly approaches to effective communication while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We have already collected some ideas to help with this communication including wearing pictures of what you look like without a mask and shield, putting even more effort into making a personal connection with patients and explicitly expressing empathy verbally, and inviting questions more consistently. Would love to see and hear what others are finding and any tips that can be passed on to health care professionals to enhance encounters while wearing PPE. Thanks
