Decide on membership characteristics

Members should be “doers”, responsible, enthusiastic, committed and open to share. They should be willing to contribute and if necessary work in between meetings. They should share a perceived need – better together – to achieve more as a group. Members should also trust in the process and give the network time to move forward.

Levels of expertise may differ.
