The session will focus on an innovative tool recently developed by Geeky Medics to facilitate communication skills practice in a group context for OSCE preparation. In addition, the platform also allows students to practice their skills alone, using AI-powered virtual patients and virtual assessors.

Dr Lewis Potter BEM is a GP Registrar and the Founder of Geeky Medics, an online education platform for medical students and other healthcare professionals. Dr Potter founded Geeky Medics as a 4th-year medical student 13 years ago, and he has continued to work on it ever since alongside his medical training. Geeky Medics has built a reputation as a global medical education platform, with its content receiving millions of views each month from over 150 countries. Dr Potter was recently recognised for his work on Geeky Medics in the King’s birthday honours for services to medicine and higher education.
