GP instrument: 24 items each rated on a seven-point Likert scale, 23 questions relating to the patient-centred consultation and 1 giving an overall score.

Pharmacist instrument: 22 of these 24 items each rated on a seven-point Likert scale, 21 questions relating to a patientcentred consultation and 1 overall score.
