A short video to show the importance of empathy.

وصف مختصر:
A short video made by the Cleveland clinic, USA which reminds us of the importance of empathy. We use this video with new students to discuss the fact that everyone has a 'story'. In small group setting we then rehearse the specific skills for finding out the patients ideas, concerns and expectations (ICE).
