Organisation

EACH is overseen by the EACH Executive Committee.

The EACH Advisory Committee is made up of representatives from EACH member countries and gives input on EACH activities locally and internationally.

The EACH Networking Committee facilitates networks, both within countries and within disciplines to coordinate their efforts and act together to achieve results for a whole community of healthcare communicators.

Aux côtés des comités principaux, Groupes d'intérêt spécial (SIG) allow members with similar interests in a specific subject area to meet and collaborate.

En outre, Early Careers EACH propose un groupe de réseautage et de soutien aux membres EACH en début de carrière.

Charité

EACH: International Association for Communication in Healthcare was established in 2001 and has achieved charitable status. The charity’s purpose is “the relief of sickness and the preservation of health of patients by the promotion of effective evidence-based patient-centred healthcare communication between patients, relatives and healthcare practitioners throughout the world”.

Les représentants nationaux des pays comptant plus de 5 membres peuvent être administrateurs de l'organisme de bienfaisance et siéger également au comité consultatif.

Financement

Funding for the charity’s core activities and projects come from charitable and voluntary donations, membership fees, conferences and courses. Many of EACH’s activities are also supported by contributions in kind.

Afin d'éviter tout conflit d'intérêt potentiel, EACH a convenu de ne pas accepter de financement de l'industrie pharmaceutique pour aucune de ses activités.
