EXPERIENTIAL Teaching and LEARNING Facilitator:
Sultan has introduced experiential learning into Iraqi medical teaching environment by producing for the first time dozens of video recording interviews with simulated and real patients and analyzing them with a new technique (Agenda Led Outcome Based Analysis, ALOBA) in his training the trainers courses and workshops since 2007 till now.
