During my PhD, I assessed Patient-centered care and Patient-centered communication at family health centers. Then, I developed a patient-centered care educational program to be given as an intervention training program for family doctors at family health centers in Alexandria Egypt. Eventually, I reassessed PCC after implementation of the training program, and measured certain healthcare outcomes.
