Conference Fees

All in-person ticket prices include Spanish VAT, which is required for the supply of catering (refreshments, lunch, conference dinner) and transport to the conference dinner. In order to comply with Spanish tax law, VAT must be itemised separately on the registration invoice. Please note that it cannot be removed from the fee as these items are an integral part of the conference.

Please be aware the event venue is outside of the city centre, and we are unable to have children attend ICCH 2024. Only registered delegates will be permitted to enter the building for this event.

We are offering online event tickets this year for those who are unable to attend in person. There are specific oral sessions which will be hybrid this year for those attending online. All our plenary sessions as well as a selection of symposia will be available for replay online. There will also be additional networking, poster and pairing programme sessions available for online attendees – exact times to be confirmed.

We are delighted to be able to offer additional dinner tickets to be purchased for ICCH 2024. The dinner will take place on Thursday 12 September, tickets are available to add on during delegate registration. This event is for over 18’s only. The cost is £95/hd

Pre-conference Courses and Workshops

This year we are running both pre-conference courses and workshops.  Please click here for details.

Pre-conference Courses are delivered by the three EACH sub-committees: pEACH: Policy and Practice, rEACH: Research, and tEACH: Teaching.  They are 1-2 days in length and priced accordingly.  Pre-conference Workshops (new for 2024) are peer reviewed and delivered by conference delegates. These are shorter than courses, but longer than the workshops featured in the main conference programme.

طلب منحة دراسية لطلاب مرحلة ما قبل التأهيل الجامعيين

تُدعى الطلبات إلى صندوق EACH للمنح الدراسية، الذي يوفر عددًا محدودًا من المنح الدراسية التي تمنح خصمًا قدره 50% على رسوم التسجيل في مؤتمر كل عضو.

هذه المنح الدراسية متاحة ل التأهيل المسبق / طلاب المرحلة الجامعية من هم غير قادر على تحمل رسوم التسجيل في ICCH ولها قبول التقديم لتقديم (على سبيل المثال، شفهي، ملصق، ورشة عمل، ندوة، مائدة مستديرة) في ICCH 2024 الذي استضافته EACH في سرقسطة، سبتمبر 2024.

يستفيد طلاب التأهيل المسبق/طلاب المرحلة الجامعية بالفعل من رسوم التسجيل المخفضة للمؤتمر، ولكننا نرغب في تقديم المزيد من الدعم للطلاب غير القادرين على تحمل هذه الرسوم والذين لا تقدم مؤسساتهم الدعم المالي للمؤتمر.

سيتم تخصيص المنح الدراسية على أساس أسبقية الحضور، بمجرد فحص الطلبات للتأكد من أهليتها.

يجب على الطلاب المهتمين إكمال هذا النموذج وإرسالها بالبريد الإلكتروني إلى info@each.international قبل التسجيل في المؤتمر، مع خطاب مصاحب من مؤسستك/مرشدك تأكيد أنك طالب مؤهل مسبقًا / طالب جامعي وتوضيح أنهم غير قادرين على تقديم الدعم المالي لك لحضور المؤتمر.

الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات هو الجمعة 31 مايو 2024. إذا تم اختيارك لتلقي منحة دراسية، فسيتم الاتصال بك بحلول يوم الجمعة 21 يونيو 2024.

ICCH 2024 has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 18 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s).  Certificates of attendance will be issued after the event.
