Title 2: Conversations Coach: Just in time learning for communication in cancer care.

​Meg Chiswell is a senior lecturer and Deputy Director of Deakin University’s Centre for Organisational Change in Person-Centred Healthcare.  Meg has been a health professional educator for 20+ years and has worked with health professionals, non-clinical staff and health consumers on programs of work to develop person-centred care through effective communication. Meg also has interest in organisational and individual coaching and the use of technology to enhance healthcare communication.   In this SIG, Meg will present two pieces of work she has driven for OCPH.
