DESCRIPTION:The first workshop in the EACH online series focuses on the cor
 e evidenced based components of experiential CCS education and how these c
 an be safely and effectively transferred to teaching online using video co
 nferencing platforms.\n\nThis workshop will include demonstrations\, exper
 iential exercises and discussion of the following core teaching methods:\n
 \n 	Building group dynamics in a virtual classroom\n 	Facilitating safe an
 d effective role-play with Simulated Patients online\n 	Maximising the imp
 act of feedback online\n\nParticipants will have the chance to consider ho
 w online tools and techniques can be used to enhance online experiential c
 linical communication skills instruction in their own institution. There w
 ill also be a valuable opportunity to network with your peers in other ins
 titutions whilst sharing your own experience of online learning\, whether 
 you are just considering the move to online delivery or have been using th
 ese approaches for some time.\n\nPlease note\, during these sessions we wi
 ll be delivering training using Zoom however many of the principles and ap
