 he problem\, we are speaking in a specialized "medical" foreign language\,
  which is often\nincomprehensible to the community. In addition\, many pat
 ients are experts at masking their poor reading and writing\nskills. Ineff
 icient health knowledge can measure the ill effects on patients' health. G
 iven the increasing complexity of\nhealthcare\, which requires more effect
 ive patient participation to address the common poor health literacy\, thi
 s\nproblem is not adequately appreciated\, and better ways should be found
  to communicate with patients with poor\nhealth knowledge more effectively
 .\nThe symposium will deal with identifying the extent of the problem in I
 raqi and Arab society and techniques for\nimproving the communication of h
 ealth staff with patients with low reading and writing skills to increase
