Pour r\u00e9ussir, les r\u00e9seaux doivent \u00eatre actifs et disposer de plans d\u2019action et d\u2019orientations clairs qui doivent \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s au sein du r\u00e9seau.
