Les dirigeants du r\u00e9seau doivent tenter de cr\u00e9er une atmosph\u00e8re d\u00e9mocratique et inclusive et de faciliter plut\u00f4t que de diriger. La coop\u00e9ration, la transparence, l\u2019engagement et le respect doivent \u00eatre mod\u00e9lis\u00e9s. Les relations avec les pairs et le dialogue constant doivent \u00eatre soulign\u00e9s. La capacit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier et d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec les conflits et les diff\u00e9rences sont des attributs importants des dirigeants de r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/each.international\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/5b.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"225\" height=\"175\" src=\"https:\/\/each.international\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/5b.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14173\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership de r\u00e9seau comporte certains pi\u00e8ges importants qui doivent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Il est trop facile, d\u2019une part, de surg\u00e9rer un r\u00e9seau et, d\u2019autre part, de le laisser se d\u00e9battre et sans direction. Il est \u00e9galement facile pour le r\u00e9seau de devenir hi\u00e9rarchique au fil du temps gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un leadership int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Les dirigeants de r\u00e9seau ont besoin d\u2019endurance, de concentration et de flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dirigeants doivent faire face au fait que les r\u00e9seaux sont dynamiques, ont des membres changeants et sont sujets \u00e0 une instabilit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable. L&#039;engagement et l&#039;\u00e9nergie des membres fluctueront naturellement.
