La litt\u00e9rature actuelle implique des discussions sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la FIP, mais l&#039;accent est moins mis sur les comp\u00e9tences de communication r\u00e9elles n\u00e9cessaires au sein des \u00e9quipes interprofessionnelles et sur la mani\u00e8re dont celles-ci am\u00e9lioreront la collaboration et les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes d\u00e9crivent des interventions qui se produisent lors de stages cliniques o\u00f9 les \u00e9tudiants travaillent dans des \u00e9quipes d\u00e9j\u00e0 constitu\u00e9es, perp\u00e9tuant potentiellement une mauvaise communication et des interactions d&#039;\u00e9quipe. Les discussions portent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur le moment o\u00f9 l\u2019IPE devrait \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudiants en soins de sant\u00e9 et sur la mani\u00e8re de faciliter au mieux la collaboration interprofessionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La communication est au c\u0153ur de l\u2019apprentissage interprofessionnel. Le but de ce groupe d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat sp\u00e9cial est d&#039;encourager l&#039;\u00e9change et la collaboration \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle mondiale entre les participants concernant les mod\u00e8les actuels et les fa\u00e7ons d&#039;aborder les d\u00e9fis potentiels de l&#039;IPE, en se concentrant sp\u00e9cifiquement sur la communication. Un potentiel d\u2019activit\u00e9s universitaires \u00e9ducatives continues et\/ou collaboratives et futures est souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifiez les mod\u00e8les \u00e9ducatifs ou les comp\u00e9tences qui contribuent \u00e0 une communication interprofessionnelle r\u00e9ussie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier les moyens d&#039;int\u00e9grer la communication interprofessionnelle dans le programme de soins de sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier et d\u00e9velopper les meilleures pratiques pour enseigner les comp\u00e9tences de communication interprofessionnelle aux apprenants et promouvoir les connaissances dans ce domaine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre activit\u00e9 propos\u00e9e consisterait d\u2019abord \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une solide cohorte d\u2019individus int\u00e9ress\u00e9s et investis dans l\u2019avancement de l\u2019IPE et de la communication IP. \u00c0 mesure que ce groupe se d\u00e9veloppe, nous esp\u00e9rons commencer \u00e0 travailler sur les trois objectifs ci-dessus et commencer \u00e0 favoriser l&#039;activit\u00e9 scientifique. Cela pourrait potentiellement accro\u00eetre l&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le SIG et accro\u00eetre le nombre de membres et les activit\u00e9s du SIG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre activit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 commencer \u00e0 cataloguer les travaux\/ressources existants, \u00e0 formuler et \u00e0 sugg\u00e9rer des recherches, ainsi que des activit\u00e9s scientifiques pour faire progresser la communication interprofessionnelle. La possibilit\u00e9 de collaborer avec nos coll\u00e8gues chercheurs pour enqu\u00eater aupr\u00e8s des membres sur la communication IP serait \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
