{"id":12332,"date":"2020-07-06T11:20:06","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T10:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.each.eu\/?page_id=12332"},"modified":"2026-04-07T13:04:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T12:04:23","slug":"sig-healthcare-communication-in-nursing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/each.international\/es\/organisation\/sigs\/sig-healthcare-communication-in-nursing\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicaci\u00f3n sanitaria en enfermer\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Las habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva son fundamentales para la pr\u00e1ctica relacional y la atenci\u00f3n centrada en el paciente de las enfermeras y, como tales, son componentes importantes de la educaci\u00f3n de las enfermeras. La enfermer\u00eda es una disciplina relacional basada en el conocimiento que requiere que las enfermeras sean comunicadoras altamente capacitadas, creativas y adaptables dentro del contexto de su propia vida.&nbsp;<em>y<\/em>&nbsp;pr\u00e1ctica interprofesional. Por lo tanto, existe una necesidad cr\u00edtica de explicar, desarrollar y hacer crecer la base de conocimientos sobre comunicaci\u00f3n que respaldar\u00e1 de manera \u00f3ptima las funciones de las enfermeras en diversos entornos de pr\u00e1ctica y contextos de pacientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas ha aumentado la preocupaci\u00f3n de que a las enfermeras no se les pueda ofrecer una ense\u00f1anza sistem\u00e1tica en esta \u00e1rea tem\u00e1tica con el mismo enfoque dedicado que se aplica a otras profesiones, por ejemplo, la medicina. Adem\u00e1s, si bien existen m\u00faltiples puntos en com\u00fan superpuestos que pueden identificarse para la ense\u00f1anza y la pr\u00e1ctica de la comunicaci\u00f3n dentro de un contexto interprofesional, la extrapolaci\u00f3n de conocimientos, modelos y estrategias que informan la educaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica ignora el contexto particular de la enfermer\u00eda que est\u00e1 limitado por diferentes alcances y roles profesionales de la pr\u00e1ctica. . fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Process training on communication skills and emotional competence \u2013 Made with Clipchamp<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objetivos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fomentar una comunidad de pr\u00e1ctica que cree conexiones entre enfermeras de diferentes organizaciones de todo el mundo para permitir el desarrollo de la responsabilidad colectiva, compartiendo el aprendizaje y el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n en el contexto de la comunicaci\u00f3n sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buscar la excelencia en la ense\u00f1anza y la investigaci\u00f3n sobre la comunicaci\u00f3n en beneficio de la atenci\u00f3n al paciente y ofrecer resultados significativos que impacten no solo en la atenci\u00f3n al paciente sino tambi\u00e9n en la profesi\u00f3n de enfermer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Negociaremos y acordaremos con nuestros miembros los procesos utilizados para afectar el trabajo de este SIG y desarrollaremos consenso sobre los objetivos centrales y los procesos de trabajo juntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En los pr\u00f3ximos 3 a\u00f1os nuestro objetivo es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desarrollar una plataforma para enfermeras que brindan educaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n en comunicaci\u00f3n sanitaria, ya sea en instituciones acad\u00e9micas o a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica.
