{"id":12332,"date":"2020-07-06T11:20:06","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T10:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.each.eu\/?page_id=12332"},"modified":"2026-04-07T13:04:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T12:04:23","slug":"sig-healthcare-communication-in-nursing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/each.international\/de\/organisation\/sigs\/sig-healthcare-communication-in-nursing\/","title":{"rendered":"Gesundheitskommunikation in der Pflege"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Effektive Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeiten sind von zentraler Bedeutung f\u00fcr die Beziehungspraxis und die patientenzentrierte Pflege von Pflegekr\u00e4ften und daher wichtige Bestandteile der Ausbildung von Pflegekr\u00e4ften. Krankenpflege ist eine wissensbasierte Beziehungsdisziplin, die von Pflegekr\u00e4ften hochqualifizierte, kreative und anpassungsf\u00e4hige Kommunikatoren im eigenen Kontext erfordert&nbsp;<em>Und<\/em>&nbsp;interprofessionelle Praxis. Es besteht daher ein dringender Bedarf, die Kommunikationswissensbasis zu erl\u00e4utern, zu entwickeln und zu erweitern, die die Rollen von Pflegekr\u00e4ften in verschiedenen Praxisumgebungen und Patientenkontexten optimal unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den letzten Jahrzehnten ist jedoch die Sorge gewachsen, dass Pflegekr\u00e4ften in diesem Fachgebiet m\u00f6glicherweise kein systematischer Unterricht mit dem gleichen engagierten Ansatz angeboten werden k\u00f6nnte, der in anderen Berufen, z. B. in der Medizin, angewendet wird. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es zwar mehrere sich \u00fcberschneidende Gemeinsamkeiten, die f\u00fcr das Lehren und Praktizieren von Kommunikation in einem interprofessionellen Kontext identifiziert werden k\u00f6nnen, doch die Extrapolation von Wissen, Modellen und Strategien, die die medizinische Ausbildung beeinflussen, ignoriert den besonderen Kontext der Krankenpflege, der durch unterschiedliche Berufsbereiche und Rollen in der Praxis gebunden ist . Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass es im Allgemeinen an qualitativ hochwertiger Forschung dar\u00fcber mangelt, wie Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeiten im Pflegebereich vermittelt und bewertet und ihre Auswirkungen auf den Patienten bewertet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Zweck dieser speziellen Interessengruppe besteht darin, den globalen Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Krankenpflegeausbildern\/-forschern zu f\u00f6rdern, und zwar in Bezug auf:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aktuelle Modelle und Strategien der Vermittlung von Gesundheitskommunikation im Pflegekontext,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bewertung ihrer Wirksamkeit im Kontext der Pflegeausbildung und<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifizierung von M\u00f6glichkeiten und Wegen zur Bew\u00e4ltigung potenzieller Herausforderungen im Kontext der Pflegeausbildung und -praxis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Potenzial f\u00fcr eine fortlaufende und\/oder gemeinschaftliche und zuk\u00fcnftige bildungswissenschaftliche T\u00e4tigkeit ist erw\u00fcnscht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upcoming Webinars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep an eye out here for future webinars&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ressourcen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A podcast about nurses\u2019 communication in serious situations and illness as a radical act of care<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Radical Nurse Talk<\/strong>\u201c is a podcast where we reveal stories, expertise, challenges and possibilities for nurses communicating with patients and families in serious illness and situations.
