 eed to ensure a quorum of 5% of EACH members to fulfil the requirements of
  being a registered charity.\n\nThis meeting will take place online.  To 
 attend the meeting we ask that you register above.  After registering\, y
 ou will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining 
 the meeting.\n\nSupporting documents  will be sent to those who register 
 to attend or will be available to download nearer the date.\n\nWe recognis
 e that some time zones will not be able to attend this meeting\, for which
