 sses of training or standardising those who assess or observe communicatio
 n\;\n 	Efforts to influence policy (of education institutions or health sy
 stems) relating the evaluation/assessment of communication skills\;\n 	Ass
 essment of communication skills as it relates to efforts to improve patien
